All Material is the property of MonkeyJar. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on the Websites is the exclusive property of MonkeyJar and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of the Material may violate copyright, trademark and other laws. You must retain all copyright, trademarks, service-mark and other proprietary notices contained in the original Material on any copy (permitted or not permitted) you make of any of MonkeyJar Material. MonkeyJar reserves the right to terminate accounts of individuals who violate MonkeyJar's policy on infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights of others.
MonkeyJar respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users and content partners to do the same. The unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, public display or public performance of copyrighted works constitutes infringement of the copyright owner's rights. USER ACCOUNTS
You, the user, are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your MonkeyJar Web site account and password. You agree that you are liable and responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE, CANCEL ACCOUNTS OR CANCEL ORDERS
MonkeyJar reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

APPLICABLE LAW
You agree that the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and the Web sites' Privacy Policies and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and MonkeyJar. Furthermore, you agree that Jurisdiction and Venue for any dispute or litigation arising out of your use of the Web sites shall lie in the State of Florida in the judicial circuit and court determined by MonkeyJar.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit MonkeyJar Web sites or send us emails, you are communicating with us electronically and you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, announcements and other communications that MonkeyJar provides you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Collection and Use of Your Information
MonkeyJar collects information about individuals requesting its Web site services. Information MonkeyJar collects includes:
- Name and contact information, including address, e-mail address and telephone numbers
- Employment history
- Education history
- Professional and personal references, including their names and e-mail addresses
- Any other information provided by MonkeyJar’s Web site users
MonkeyJar does not request your Social Security Number, credit score or credit information.
The aforementioned information is made available to MonkeyJar’s clients in connection with their recruiting and hiring efforts. MonkeyJar’s clients may also disclose such information to third parties they retain to perform reference checks or background checks as a condition of employment.
MonkeyJar only releases your information to third parties for the purposes listed above, except where permitted or required by law. MonkeyJar only utilizes your information for purposes authorized by you.
When you provide information regarding professional and personal references, MonkeyJar will contact your references and provide your references’ information to MonkeyJar’s clients who may contact your references consistent with their recruiting and hiring efforts.
Under no circumstances do we sell personal information to other organizations.

Personal References
In registering for MonkeyJar’s Web site services, you agree to provide MonkeyJar with personal and professional references whom MonkeyJar, as well as MonkeyJar clients, may contact via e-mail. By providing these references and their e-mail addresses you agree that prior to providing these references to MonkeyJar that you have contacted your references and informed them that they may be contacted by MonkeyJar or its clients, via email, in the future and that your references have consented to being contacted via e-mail by MonkeyJar and its clients.
